Baqueira Beret

Experience: If you want to ski elsewhere in Europe than the Alps then Baqueira Beret is a great choice. It’s the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees, on the Spanish side. It’s not super high but it tends to have plenty of snow. It’s sunny and with 5 peaks it offers the right size and variety of challenges to sky the whole week. What more after a ski day go down to the Main Street to enjoy some nice drinks in a very relaxing, festive and festive atmosphere. You don’t have the nice altitude restaurants you get in the Alps but you what you get in return is a unique and distinctive experience, ski in and ski out.

Recommended stay duration: 7 days

How to get there: Fly to Barcelona from North America with American Airlines or Delta Airlines. Or fly to Toulouse with British Airways.

Where to stay: Mim Baqueira

What to do: Enjoy ski in the largest ski resort in Spain - our recommendations is to stay on the 4 peaks on the right of the resort, the 5th one being fairly flat. Our favourite slopes: Backer, Baqueira with some forest ski and Boneigua for some great morning ski in a quiet and beautiful atmosphere

Where to eat: You can go for an all inclusive option but our recommendations is to go out on a couple evenings. Try Binaries and Fandango

Deal(s) to consider: None at this time.
