Who we are

Weekend A Deux started after many discussions with my other half about what we would do once our children have left home. That time was fast approaching. Way too rapidly. How would we spend our time now that our little ones, teenagers turning into adults and once the centre of our lives, are going to embark on the next chapter of their life. A daunting thought for us.

The truth is Weekend A Deux started way before we had children. What we did back then defined who we are today as a family, my wife, our children and me. Citizens of the world, our world. This is when Weekend A Deux really started.

This site is for all the people who love to travel, share a bit of adventure, enjoy experiences, or simply share what they like to do together as a couple. Whether it’s for a weekend or a bit longer, as a couple of any age, or even with your family.
