Le Virunga: Highly rated food restaurant in Plateau-Mont-Royal. You’ll get a mix of African cuisine with a touch of Canadian ingredients. A bit spicy. Service is great and the atmosphere is lovely.
Le Mousso: Another highly rated restaurant in Montreal village. Quality ingredients and cuisine. Set menu. Not a Michelin star restaurant but could be. The dishes are very refined. Great experience for a reasonable price. A must.
Candide: Located in Montreal little burgundy this restaurant offers a unique approach by mostly using local ingredients to create innovate dishes. Nice and authentic atmosphere.
Molenne: Located near the Saint Laurent boulevard it’s a refined restaurant with signature seafood dishes and sophisticated platters. Quality ingredients and nice atmosphere.
McKiernan Rôtisserie: Good rotisserie in a casual and relaxing atmosphere. It’s near by the canal. The simple decoration is quite nice.
Gaspar Brasserie Française: Classic French brasserie in the old port. Great food, well prepared dished full of flavours. Go for the braised beef. Great service and nice ambiance.
Au Pied de Cochon: It’s a classic restaurant in Montreal. Festive place, warm, relax and loud atmosphere. Friendly service. Typical Quebecois dishes. Food may be too rich for some people but we like it.
La Chronique: Highly rated restaurant for its sophisticated and elegant cuisine. Quality ingredients, well prepared and refined dishes in a relatively simple and chic atmosphere. Nice place!
Mare Porto Vecchio: Restaurant located in the old Montreal. Sophisticated and chic ambiance. Quality ingredients Refined, good flavoured and well presented Italian dishes.
Dinette Marcella: Another Italian restaurant. This one near the port of Montreal. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good service. Classic, delicious well prepared Italian dishes.
